Couples Therapy

Relationships can be both the most rewarding and the most challenging part of life. Whether you're feeling stuck in the same arguments, struggling with distance, or questioning the future of your relationship, therapy can help you find clarity, connection, and a way forward—together.

I work with couples navigating communication breakdowns, emotional disconnection, trust issues, and major life transitions. Some couples come in feeling frustrated, hurt, or exhausted from the same unresolved conflicts. Others just know things could be better but aren’t sure where to start. Wherever you are, I provide a space to slow down, understand what’s happening beneath the surface, and shift out of painful cycles.

My approach is informed by Intimacy from the Inside Out (IFIO)—the couples application of Internal Family Systems (IFS)—which helps partners understand their own inner worlds while staying curious about each other’s. I also integrate Imago Therapy, Gottman Method, and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) to provide practical tools for communication, repair, and deepening emotional security. The goal isn’t just conflict resolution—it’s helping you feel seen, valued, and connected in a way that feels lasting and leads to both personal and relational growth.

Relationships bring out our most vulnerable parts, which can lead to distance, defensiveness, or doubt. But when we bring awareness and care to these places, they become pathways for trust, intimacy, and healing. This is a collaborative process where we work together to understand patterns, build new ways of relating, and create the kind of relationship you both want.
